(Prawns cooked with garlic butter, white wine and a hint of chilli)

Melon relleno con Gambas

(Half of Galia melon filled with prawns and topped with pink sauce)

(Squid rings coated in a light batter and deep-fried)

(Spanish garlic sausage cooked with red wine)
